Hello potential client -
Below is the form you will use to submit a tattoo request. I will get back to you about your request as soon as I can, sometimes this can take up to a week. A few important bullet points:

• I work out of a private studio - 49 West Ave. Dansville, NY 14437 - I share the address with the Foursquare church (More info on the location & a map are on my “Location” page)

• My rates:
  - Half Day (3-4 hrs): $900
  - Full Day (6-7hrs): $1800
  - Multi-Day Med. (8-12hrs): $250/hr
  - Multi-Day Lrg. (13+ hrs): $200/hr

• If your idea is selected, please be prepared to pay a $300 non-refundable deposit that goes toward the cost of the tattoo and comes off of your last sitting if you require multiple. IMPORTANT note about deposits: If you must cancel or reschedule for ANY reason within 3 days of your appointment, you will then need to give another deposit in order to reschedule the appointment. Even if you’re sick, lost your babysitter, or you’ve been abducted by aliens, that deposit covers the last-minute missed appointment. Additionally, clients are only allowed one free reschedule. All additional reschedules require another deposit.

• If you are traveling a great distance for your appointment, please do so at your own risk. I do have 2 small children in school and occasionally this means they get me sick. If I end up having to reschedule last minute, I will do my best to make it up to you (usually by offering a discounted session), but I still do not refund deposits.

• I will be choosing projects that I believe are best suited for my style, ideas that I immediately get a vision for, get excited about, or that I believe will push my work forward.

• I do not tattoo:
  - Black & grey
  - Text of any kind
  - Cover-ups
  - Birth flowers

• Due to my location being a bit of a distance from most people, I do not require you to come into the shop for a consultation. This will be done over the phone or via text as needed, but I typically go by what you’ve written on your request form to design your tattoo. This is why it’s important for you to be descriptive in your request. Tell me if there’s something you don’t want included, as well as the things you do.

• I do not begin drawing tattoos designs until about 1-3 days before the tattoo appointment. I will reach out with any clarifying questions during that time.

• I do not send drawings over any media. Drawings are seen when you come in for your tattoo appointment, and I can make any minor changes as needed before we begin.

• If you have more than one idea, please include all of your ideas on one form.

• Do not try to attach images to the form, it will not work. You may, however, add one or 2 links to an image if it will help me understand what you'd like.

• I’m more likely to choose ideas that are more open to my input, or open to whatever idea I currently have my heart set on working on. This round I am looking to do more:
  - Whimsical / fantasy subject matter
  - Surrealism that includes nature and critters
  - Cute & colorful/sparkly & iridescent
  - Lady heads of various themes I haven’t done yet

• I don’t often select requests that say “Do anything you want” because my ideas are so often random and crazy. Very rarely does someone mean truly anything. Don’t say it unless you mean ANYTHING.

• I will contact the clients whose ideas I have chosen by Tuesday, April 30th via text. Please do not reach out to ask if I’ve read your idea, I ask that you be patient and if this date comes and goes it means I could not get to your request this time around.

• I would like to include more clients with darker skin! If you are comfortable doing so, you may indicate so on your form, so I know. I am fully comfortable tattooing color on dark skin and would love to work with it more frequently! (This does not mean I will automatically select you; I will still be selective based on design idea)

• Please do not go into detail about the story behind your tattoo idea. I would love to hear about it during your appointment, but I have a LOT of these forms to read so I appreciate saving that information for later.

There is no automated confirmation for these submissions unfortunately, but if you received the follow-up message after hitting ‘submit’, it likely went through. I am trying to stick to booking only 3 months at a time, so if your idea isn't chosen this time around, please don't get discouraged! I can only accept a very limited number of projects at a time so keep trying!
